How do your customers feel?

Anyone who has attended a training session with me or seen me at an event will know that I have an all time favourite quote I use all the time, which is by Maya Angelou and is

“People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”

So this blog post is very short and to the point. It’s purpose is to simply get you to think:

“How do you want your customers to feel after a sales interaction with you and your company?”

When I look back on occasions when I have felt good following a sales experience, phrases such as “I felt like they were interested in me”, “I felt like they valued my business and “I felt like they understood me”, spring to mind.
