“Having known Becky in a professional capacity for many years it was great to finally get a chance to let her impart her wisdom to the University’s Conference and Events Sales Team. Becky took time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve from the training and also our role as a department and the challenges we face working within a University, she then proposed a great 4-part training plan, with Prep-work and homework for the team. This practical approach made sure the team were really engaged even before the first main training session. Becky clicked with the team and provided just the right amount of theory backed up by years of evidence and experience in the industry. Because Becky understands the market we operate in so well, we really did gain so much knowledge from her. The team are so much more confident in their sales techniques and are not shy in going for higher rates and telling people exactly why we are worth it! The whole exercise was a fabulous chance to bond more as a team, change some of our procedures and processes and become a better department for it.
